What We're Looking For:

Active North Carolina Bar License (Required) 6+ years of legal experience Experience in Civil Litigation and/or Construction Litigation Experience in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Professional Liability Defense, and/or Construction Defect Litigation is preferred but not required Deposition and mediation experience preferred Trial experience is a plus Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple matters efficiently Organized, self-motivated, and client-focused professional
