Assistant Program Manager

Job TitleYour Responsibilities:Track task orders, contracts, and modifications through bid/proposal, award, execution, and close-out.Develop group financial metrics on a weekly basis for program managersLook to automate status, financials, opportunities in Deltek by writing group centric middlewareWork with project managers to develop proposal materials including budgetary Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)s, Statement of Objectives (SOO)s, Statement of Work (SOWs), schedules, and charge accounts.Monitor and communicate portfolio expenditures, resource allocations, and actuals.Monitor and communicate subcontractor performance.Generate, assemble, and coordinate delivery of contractual deliverables.Establish materials and content for quarterly program management reviews.Regular communications with stakeholders on program status.Maintain compliance with regulatory training requirements.Why Avarint:401(k) – No waiting period. 100% vested on date of hire.3% company contribution in the first year of employment, and company contribution increases over time.
