3rd Shift Injection Molding Suprvisor-Process Technician

Job Title

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all 3rd-shift injection molding operations, ensuring production goals are met

Set up, start up, and troubleshoot injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robotics

Optimize process parameters to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maintain part quality

Lead, train, and support machine operators and material handlers

Perform mold changes, material changes, and machine adjustments as needed

Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company and customer standards

Maintain accurate production and downtime records

Enforce safety procedures and promote a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications

3+ years of injection molding experience required

Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Familiarity with scientific molding principles is a plus

Ability to read and interpret production documents and quality standards

Strong communication and team-building abilities
