Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and those in the delivery and immediate postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adapt to staffing needs, which may include reassignment to other units or care sites within the health system to maintain contracted hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact license eligibility
• Current Labor and Delivery clinical experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume Labor and Delivery unit
• Ability to float to other units or care sites as needed
