We are currently hiring for all shifts. Our Hayward location is hiring for all shifts, full-time, part-time, weekend warrior, and casual positions. Responsibilities Administer Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake. Response: Attend to any and all resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care. Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space. Sanitation: Keep each room up to high standards of sanitization by changing bedpans and sheets and performing regular room cleaning. Service Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards. Assistance with ADLs: Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual’s Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks. Basic Care Support: Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, restroom use, eating meals, and taking proper medication dosages. Activities: Encourage and initiate activities to enhance residents’ mental and physical health and promote socialization.
