Multi-Store Detective

Join Giant Eagle as a Multi-Store Detective in our Retail Security & Law Enforcement team. In this field-based role, you’ll investigate theft, fraud, and policy violations across multiple locations, using surveillance, exception reporting, and on-floor presence to reduce shrink. You will conduct interviews, document cases, collaborate with law enforcement, and train store teams on loss prevention practices. Working in a collaborative, customer-first culture, you’ll help protect company assets and foster a safe, trustworthy shopping environment while regularly traveling between stores.
