Description: The position requires critical thinking and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include caring for critically ill patients with complex needs. The unit has a multidisciplinary team approach, ensuring high-quality care. The goal is to provide excellent, quality care to patients and families. Candidates must demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate care and the ability to work in a safe environment are essential.
