Associate Patient Services Specialist - LUBBOCK PUMLONARY MEDICINE GENERAL

Description Facilitate the accurate and timely enrollment of patients into cardiac rehab including patient scheduling, insurance verification, and the processing and maintaining of medical records and referrals. Use various computer software programs for documentation, communication, and reports. Answer phones and general inquiries, directing calls and messages to appropriate areas. Assist other areas of the LifeStyle Center as requested. Maintain a positive attitude and working relationships. Required Qualifications Knowledge of basic computer software. Knowledge of organizational and departmental policy and procedure systems. High degree of verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Knowledgeable of geographic areas that we serve.
