Role: Day Zero Lead — Generic QE Experience: Senior Manager to Director (~14–20 Years) Profile: Senior, industry-agnostic Day Zero QE lead for engagement mobilization and account stabilization

Role Summary Looking for a senior QE professional, in the Senior Manager to Director range, to take on a Day Zero role: ensuring new engagements start green right after an RFP win, and stepping into existing accounts in the geography that are facing delivery issues. This is a generic QE profile — not tied to a specific industry — with deep experience setting up testing centers, leading large QA programs, and managing global testing delivery, along with current awareness of AI/ML and agentic AI developments in QE.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure every new engagement (post-RFP win) mobilizes to a green start — test strategy, staffing, tooling, and governance defined from day one
• Step into existing accounts in the geography facing delivery issues and drive stabilization/turnaround
• Set up and run testing centers/QA CoEs for large accounts — operating model, staffing pyramid, tooling, and governance
• Lead large-scale QA programs end-to-end across functional, automation, performance, and test data workstreams
• Manage global testing delivery — distributed teams, multiple time zones, and multi-vendor/onshore-offshore models
• Introduce and scale the latest QE tooling, including AI/ML-based testing and agentic AI accelerators, into engagement setup and recovery plans
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders during kick-off and account recovery situations

Skill Requirements

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Strong end-to-end test lifecycle expertise — strategy, functional, automation, performance, test data, DevOps integration
• Proven experience setting up and running testing centers/QA CoEs for large accounts
• Track record leading large QA programs and managing global testing delivery
• Significant customer-facing/onsite experience across the career (not mandatory going forward, but a strong track record)
• Working knowledge of the latest AI/ML and agentic AI developments as applied to QE
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-ready communication

Secondary Skills

• Experience with delivery governance, SLAs/KPIs, and account health metrics
• Multi-industry, multi-geography delivery exposure
• Experience partnering with sales/practice teams on post-win mobilization

Other Requirements

• Nice to Have Exposure to proposal solutioning or presales handoff
• Certifications in test management, automation, or AI/GenAI tooling
• Track record of publishing internal playbooks or best practices

Maximum Salary (US): 240000 Minimum Salary (US): 164000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
