A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a Healthcare Consultant I for the Homestead, FL area to coordinate Medicaid Long Term Care case management and ensure appropriate outcomes for members. You will evaluate members, develop proactive care plans, manage a caseload including medically complex cases, provide coaching on healthcare decisions, and document plans per regulatory guidelines. This is a remote role requiring Florida residency and travel about 75% locally. #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
