Shift Leader Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels fresh daily since 1995 and prides itself on spreading joy and maintaining a healthy work‑life balance, closing at 2 pm. Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge, set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. Our teams take pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages we serve and in keeping a safe and clean store environment.
