Malone Workforce Solutions is hiring an Inbound Call Center Representative for a client located off Blankenbaker Parkway in Louisville, KY.

Inbound Call Center Representative Highlights:

Pay: $19.00 per hour
Employment Type: Project-Based (May-January) with potential for long-term employment
Schedule: 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00am-8:30pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Louisville, KY (Blankenbaker Parkway area)

Inbound Call Center Representative Job Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls regarding retirement and benefits plans
Provide accurate information and assist customers with inquiries
Deliver exceptional customer service and effective problem resolution
Utilize computer systems to document and track customer interactions
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Inbound Call Center Representative Job Qualifications:

Must be willing to submit to background check and employment verification
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Previous call center experience preferred but not required
