Registered Nurse (RN)

Wages start at $37 and go up depending on experience and are determined by the hiring manager at an interview.

Must be able to work every other weekend rotation.

Sign-on Bonus for 3rd Shift FT = $6,000

Responsibilities

• Implement a resident care plan.
• Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations.
• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Delegate suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants and provide guidance and supervision when necessary.
• Consult with and validate data.
• Record pertinent information in the patient record.
• Identify and evaluate the resident's response to health problems and treatments.
• Communicate residents care needs to others involved in the care.
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development.
• Other duties as assigned by the director of nursing.

Requirements

• Nursing License required.
