Clamp Operator - 1st and 2nd Shift

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Clamp Forklift Drivers to support warehouse operations by handling and transporting materials efficiently and accurately.

Shift Schedules:

• Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Second Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Rates:

• Day Shift: $20.50 per hour
• Second Shift: $21.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate clamp forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stack products such as paper goods, appliances, or packaged materials
• Handle products without pallets using clamp attachments while preventing damage
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any mechanical issues
• Accurately stage products for shipping, receiving, and storage
• Maintain productivity standards while ensuring accuracy and care of materials
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily operational goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a clamp forklift required
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or extended hours as needed

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and heavy equipment
