We are seeking a reliable and innovative multitasker who has a passion for engaging with children and fostering teachable moments to join our exceptional team. This role involves providing assistance in an infant or preschool classroom, which includes leading circle time activities, music & movement, art projects, and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum. Additional responsibilities will include meal preparation, diaper changes, potty training, basic classroom cleaning, and facilitating outdoor play and nurturing interactions. 

Candidates should be prepared to lift infants and children, kneel and sit at their level, and immerse themselves in the world of exploration alongside the children. Furthermore, Happy Feet has partnered with the Ticket2Teach program, offered through the County of San Luis Obispo. If you are interested in increasing your pay rate while pursuing further education, this program presents an excellent opportunity for you.
