At KidStrong, we help parents raise stronger, smarter, more confident kids. Our training programs focus on brain, physical, and character development for children crawling through age 11. This isn't just another kids' program; this is a coaching role with purpose, built on a science-based curriculum and delivered through high-level, intentional coaching.

We are looking for coaches who:

• Bring consistent energy, focus, and professionalism to every class
• Can operate in a structured environment where standards matter and are upheld daily
• Take pride in delivering a premium experience for both kids and parents

Schedule Expectations:

• Weekdays: Mid-mornings and evenings (4 - 7:30 PM)
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – early afternoon

What We Expect (Non-negotiable Standards):

• Execute classes with precision, structure, and energy
• Maintain full engagement and control of the class environment
• Communicate clearly and confidently with parents
• Uphold KidStrong coaching standards at all times—no shortcuts
• Be coachable, accountable, and committed to continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching or working with children (ages 15 months–8 years preferred)
• Background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric OT/PT is a plus
• Strong understanding of basic movement, body mechanics, and exercise technique
• CPR Certified (or willing to obtain)
• Positive, motivating communicator who can lead both kids and parents
• Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
