Do meaningful work in your community as a Special Needs Caregiver. Work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential!

BAYADA offers Special Needs Caregivers the following benefits :

Pay: Up to $19/hr.!

Job Responsibilities for Special Needs Caregivers:

• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Special Needs Caregivers:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, paid training may be available
• High school diploma or equivalent
