Quality Test Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Efficiently set up and tear down equipment required for various laboratory tests.
• Gather and meticulously prepare parts or units, ensuring they are ready for the testing process.
• Provide direct assistance to engineers and technicians during all phases of product testing.
• Perform thorough inspections of testing equipment to identify and address any defects or quality issues before testing commences.
• Accurately record and document test data, results, and observations, including taking photographs and maintaining detailed written logs.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel proficiently for data entry, organization, and basic analysis of test results.
• Execute basic maintenance tasks, uphold high standards of housekeeping, and manage shipping/receiving duties within the laboratory space.
• Strictly adhere to all established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall lab efficiency and objectives.

Quality Test Technician Qualifications:

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment.
• Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical equipment.
• Manufacturing experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to read basic drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
