Join Our Team as an Optometry Doctor for a full time position. (the current position is for 38 hours a week, full time role) Eye Sight Solutions Optometry (a doctor owned practice) is seeking a dedicated Optometry Doctor (fulltime ideally) to join our team in Mountain View, CA. We have a sister practice- Santa Clara Vision Center, and the role is for the doctor to spend 3 days in Mountain View office, and 1 to 1.5 days a week in Santa Clara office. As a leading provider of comprehensive eye care services, we offer a range of services including eye exams, dry eye management, myopia control, and vision correction solutions such as glasses, contact lenses, and other related treatments (including LASIK assessment). Daily Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive eye exams Perform pre-testing and visual field testing Utilize equipment such as lensometry, autorefractor, and tonometry Interpret results from optical coherence tomography and other diagnostic tools Provide expert care in areas such as refraction, lens selection, and ocular disease management Required Skills: Doctor of Optometry degree Experience in eye care and contact lens fitting Proficiency in pre-testing techniques such as keratometry and dilation Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools including Optomap and corneal topography Ability to perform lensometry, autorefraction, and pachymetry Salary and Benefits: We offer a highly competitive salary range of $525-$600 a day (depending on experience; equivalent to $70-$83/hour) PLUS additional bonus (based on production), along with benefits including sick leave, paid time off, and 401K benefits. We cover malpractice insurance and licensing fees.
