Our client located in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team! Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all non-union positions, from requisition through onboarding. Build a candidate pipeline for future openings Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and address talent acquisition challenges. Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the organization's employer brand, culture, and values to attract top talent. Extend employment offers, negotiate as appropriate, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate onboarding experience. Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including Affluent Action (AA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1), Veterans' reporting, Department of Labor (DOL) requirements, and recruitment dashboard reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent HR certification required. Minimum of two years of corporate talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
