What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As the Boarding PM Team Lead, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every pet’s stay at BayPaws is extraordinary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising the PM boarding team to maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for pets.
- Overseeing daily operations, including group play sessions, feeding schedules, and enrichment activities.
- Ensuring all pets receive personalized care and attention during their stay.
- Monitoring pet behavior and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with the team to uphold BayPaws’ high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.
We’re seeking a candidate who:
- Has a genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
- Is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates effectively with team members and pet parents alike.
- While prior experience is not required, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential!
