Document Scanner

Our client, an industry leader in document management services, is seeking a Document Scanner to join their team. As a Document Scanner, you will be part of the operations support team, contributing to efficient document processing and data entry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Document Scanner

Location: Cranberry Township, PA

Pay Range: $17.00/hr

Shift: Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Process and scan physical documents accurately and efficiently

• Organize and categorize scanned files for easy retrieval

• Maintain quality control to ensure high standards of scanned documents

• Operate scanning equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues

• Assist with document handling and storage procedures

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in document processing or related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment

• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
