Quick Facts: Practice & Lifestyle Clinical Breakdown: Spend approximately 3 days in the OR and 2 days in the clinic per week, with an expected clinic volume of about 40 patients per day. Your Practice, Your Scope Enjoy a thriving, bread-and-butter ENT practice with immediate dedicated OR block time and an attached medical office building for seamless clinic access. You have complete flexibility to shape your case mix: Core Procedures: Comprehensive ENT care, thyroid surgery, sinus surgery, tracheostomies, and endoscopic procedures. Subspecialty Growth: Full administrative support to build out facial plastic surgery, allergy services, advanced sinus procedures, or a sleep medicine program (sleep lab space is already available). Academic Opportunities: Optional participation in teaching our Internal Medicine residents. Streamlined Logistics: All surgeries are performed exclusively at the hospital no travel .
