Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Riverview, FL. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
