This full-time contract role offers flexibility in caseloads—tailored to your expertise and preference—ranging from moderate to profound needs across early childhood, elementary, and pediatric populations. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current or eligibility for state licensure and relevant certifications
- Experience with pediatric, early childhood, or elementary populations
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnostics, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to a variety of student needs and grade levels
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a spectrum of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions with evidence-based practices
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to foster student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team support and problem-solving
