Position Summary The Corporate Trust Relationship Manager III supports the Corporate Trust team by acting as the main point of contact for clients and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. The role provides highly complex support to the largest trustee clients, resolves complex administrative issues, and supports senior level client staff. Responsibilities include day‑to‑day support to institutional/corporate trust accounts, billing for administrative fees, facilitating transaction closing, handling cash and investment transactions, providing debt service calculations, accurate and timely setup of issues on all systems, preparing accounts for compliance review, reviewing legal documents, and partnering with corporate legal teams to ensure appropriate operational mechanics and negotiate document provisions. How you’ll spend your time You will build relationships and continuously engage with customers to provide support and resolve routine and complex requests. You will review transaction structures and legal documents to ensure operational mechanics are appropriate. You will collaborate with internal groups across UMB’s Corporate Trust teams to ensure client accounts are compliant and administered properly. Compensation Range $76,520.00 – $163,900.00 annually. The posted compensation range represents UMB’s standard for this role, but actual compensation may vary by location, experience level, and other job‑related factors.
