We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with proven trial preparation expertise to join us.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage up to 100 active litigation files under the supervision of trial attorneys. 
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests accurately and on time. 
• Organize and summarize medical records and case evidence.
• Prepare litigation materials, including exhibit binders, motions in limine, oppositions, and trial documents. 
• Oversee and coordinate administrative staff to ensure compliance with firm policies and deadlines. 
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure filing deadlines and Federal Court rules. 
• Actively support trial preparation from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years' experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law.
• Advanced knowledge of motions, oppositions to MSJs, Statements of Damages, Separate Statements, and all litigation pleadings. 
• Excellent grammar, drafting, and legal writing skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Being bilingual in Spanish is highly valued.
