**About Cavmir:** Cavmir is a fast-scaling digital marketing and technology agency. We build high-converting, high-performance websites for businesses across multiple industries. We are expanding our sales outreach team and are looking for aggressive, articulate Cold Callers who know how to pitch web design services, handle gatekeepers, and close appointment slots on the spot.

### The Role

Your sole objective is to pick up the phone, execute outbound calls to target businesses, pitch our website creation and redesign services, and convert cold prospects into booked discovery calls or closed sales.

**What You Will Do**

* **High-Volume Outbound Dialing:** Execute daily cold calls to business owners, home services, local companies, and e-commerce brands using our provided lead lists and CRM.
* **Pitch Web Design Services:** Identify pain points on prospects' current websites (outdated design, poor mobile optimization, slow speed, or lack of online lead forms) and present Cavmir's modern website solutions.

* **Bypass Gatekeepers:** Confidently navigate receptionists and gatekeepers to connect directly with decision-makers (CEOs, business owners, marketing managers).
* **Handle Objections:** Overcome standard sales pushback ("We already have a site," "We aren't interested," "It's too expensive") with clear, value-driven responses.
* **Book Discovery Calls / Close Deals:** Qualify leads and secure scheduled appointments on our sales team's calendar (or directly pitch introductory web packages depending on campaign structure).
* **CRM Tracking:** Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-up schedules accurately in our CRM.

### What We're Looking For

* **Proven Web Sales Experience:** **Must have prior experience cold calling specifically to sell website design, web development, or agency services.** You should already understand standard web jargon (hosting, mobile responsiveness, WordPress, Shopify, UI/UX).
* **Flawless Spoken English:** Clear articulation, great tonal control, and the ability to build immediate rapport over the phone.
* **Resilience & Drive:** High energy and a thick skin. Cold calling requires thick skin and consistent hustle through pushbacks.
* **Tech Savvy:** Familiarity with VoIP software, CRM systems (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.), and fast internet setup for remote work.
