We pride ourselves on our commitment to the communities we serve and our focus on delivering an array of financial products for each step in their financial journey. We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Member Service Advisor.
We are seeking a Member Service Advisor to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs, including teller transactions, setting up new accounts, account maintenance and promoting products and services.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance.
- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
- Promote products and services to meet member needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
- Monday Friday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Part Time Employees have a 2025 hour work week within the hours listed above.
