Field Compliance Coordinator

Location: Sandy Springs, GA
Starting Pay: $22/hr, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day frontline supervision of Team Leads and Service Technicians in an assigned territory.
• Ensure timely support by resolving staff questions and complex customer issues.
• Maintain Field Service quality standards, including appropriate inventory levels.
• Identify reactive work order opportunities and communicate recommendations to management.
• Support process change initiatives as directed by management.
• Manage team projects as assigned and provide administrative support as needed.
• Serve as an escalation point for technical/process issues and drive resolution.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Compliance Supervisor to allocate work, set priorities, and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracted customer agreements, and Scope of Work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of office management practices, recordkeeping, and customer service principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.
• Constantly operates a computer and office productivity machinery such as calculator, copier, and printer.
• Frequently communicates with other departments and field staff. Must be able to exchange accurate information.

Work Environment

• Combination of field and office work with local travel in Georgia.
