Senior Foreign Disclosure Representative with Security Clearance

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Foreign Disclosure Representative to support a federal government client. Availability is contingent upon contract award. Job Requirements Demonstrate ability to explain and apply information from National Disclosure Policy‑1 and/or IC guidance/directives, including the latest Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) classification guidance. Prepare and process intelligence source reviews and foreign disclosure requests; evaluate products for accurate security classifications and potential release; ensure all sources are identified and appropriate security classification markings applied; identify information not substantiated by cited sources; verify all cited sources are in the source packet with extracted information highlighted; return incomplete packets to authors for updating or research the source and copy/paste into the packet if time allows; maintain records archives of disclosure requests and adjudications; respond to data requests; propose disclosures or releases after technical and substantive reviews; advise on foreign disclosure policy and procedures; track and maintain records for decisions concerning disclosure. Ensure all sources are cited in accordance with the sourcing defense intelligence analysis guide or other agency standards; verify that the classification authority block in the first‑page footer is complete and correct; validate in‑text source characterizations have corresponding source citations unless sanitization is required for foreign disclosure. Prepare responses to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests. Submit products for publication in CORE; link published products to NCTC current; disseminate products via e‑mail to the executive support office and general distribution lists; disseminate warning products. Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category, with at least a portion within the last 2 years. Desired education: Master’s Degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university; or a Bachelor’s degree in the area plus an additional 5 years of related senior experience for a total of 17 years as a substitute for the master’s degree. Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY. Location: NCR Area, Washington, D.C.
