Patient Care & Clinical Environment

This pediatric outpatient clinic provides individualized, child‑led therapy focused on helping patients develop meaningful communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and re‑evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence‑based intervention for pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders

• Incorporate child‑led, engaging activities to support functional communication

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

• Educate and collaborate with families to encourage carryover of skills

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to support patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills

Pediatric experience is valued, but no specific specialty certification is required.
