Neonatologist
Pediatrix & Obstetrix
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join their well-established team at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare in Tallahassee, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work in the regions only Level III NICU, serving high-risk mothers and critically ill newborns. The position emphasizes collaborative care within a multi-specialty team, providing comprehensive support in a vibrant capital city.

- 34-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 25 and 3,500 annual deliveries
- The only Level III NICU in the region, equipped to care for high-risk moms and critically ill newborns
- Work alongside neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and hospitalists, supported by pediatric subspecialists in cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, orthopedics, and more
- Comprehensive support from skilled nurses, PICC team, full-time child life specialist, and transport services managed by neonatal nurses and RTs
- Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare is a 772-bed acute care hospital, home to the regions primary NICU, delivering 75% of the areas babies
