Job Description International Order Management Specialist Full‑Time | In‑Office We are seeking an International Order Management Specialist to become the primary point of contact for our global distributor network. This position plays a critical role in ensuring international orders are processed accurately; shipments move efficiently across the globe, and export documentation meets all compliance requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail truly matters. Salary: $50,000 - 55,000 per year depending on experience. What You’ll Do As our International Order Management Specialist, you’ll manage the complete international order process from purchase order through final delivery. Responsibilities include: Process international customer orders accurately within our ERP system Review purchase orders for pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and accuracy Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment Communicate order status and shipment updates with international distributors Manage backorders, order revisions, and partial shipments Obtain international freight quotations and select cost‑effective shipping methods Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers Packing lists Certificates of Origin Bills of Lading Air Waybills AES/EEI filings Letters of Credit documentation Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and destination country import requirements Determine appropriate HTS classifications Track shipments and resolve customs or transportation issues Prepare customer quotations including freight, duties, and insurance Build strong relationships with international distributor partners What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in international order management, export coordination, or international logistics Experience working within an ERP system Strong understanding of international shipping documentation Working knowledge of Incoterms Excellent communication and customer service skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy Preferred Qualifications Experience with Letters of Credit Knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations Experience filing AES/EEI Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers Second language skills (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Mandarin) Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Why Join Us?
