Join us in Bridgman, MI, where your coatings expertise ensures durable, high-quality results on a variety of industrial components.

What you’ll tackle

Surface readiness: clean, sand, and mask parts to prep for coating.
Material preparation: mix and color-match paints and coatings per spec sheets.
Application: apply with spray guns, brushes, and rollers to meet finish standards.
Quality control: inspect work for consistency and coverage; correct as needed.
Workplace care: keep your booth and tools organized and safe.
Team alignment: coordinate with peers to hit production timelines.
Equipment upkeep: perform routine maintenance for reliable, precise output.

Do you have what it takes?

Hands-on experience in industrial painting or a similar coatings environment.
Thorough knowledge of application methods, tools, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and follow technical documents and specifications.
Meticulous eye for detail and pride in workmanship.
Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting.
Physical endurance and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
Bonus: formal training in painting or coatings.
