Highlights of the Sales & Marketing Specialist Position:
- Proven success in management and leadership
- A minimum of three to five years of sales experience with a record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance goals in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and/or Memory Care Community.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives
