About the Role:

Tharps Farm Supply Inc is looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver to join our team in Firebaugh, CA! This is a great opportunity to be a key part of a trusted agricultural supply operation, keeping our customers and operations moving every day.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport farm supplies and products to customers and job sites
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of agricultural supplies and equipment
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes throughout the Firebaugh and surrounding areas
• Inspect vehicle before and after each trip and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and represent the company professionally
• Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies

Requirements:

• Valid California driver's license; CDL a plus depending on vehicle type
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe driving practices
• Prior delivery or commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and handle heavy agricultural supplies and materials
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Familiarity with the Firebaugh, CA area and surrounding agricultural regions is a plus
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team members
