Job Title: Family Medicine Physician - Practice for sale - Take over established patient load of 30+ years!
Location: Hilton Head, South Carolina
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to take over a practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina . This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conduct wellness exams, and manage preventive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with a team of 3 APPs and MAs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine .
- Active and unrestricted South Carolina Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
