Facilities Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and housing facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. In this on-site role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and support life-safety and security systems. You’ll respond to work orders, complete inspections, and coordinate vendors while minimizing disruption to client care. This mission-driven position offers the opportunity to directly support vulnerable individuals and families by ensuring clean, reliable, and dignified care environments across LSS sites.
