Completes all structured learning requirementsâincluding simulations and skills labsâto successfully transition into a professional role. Participates in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while effectively managing clinical scheduling and department commitments What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Approved Local Exception. Approved Local Exception for TN to add NRP and STABLE. or For use with unique Union job requirements only. Remove if not for Union. Drivers License. Education Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
