SAFETY MANAGER

Lead all company safety programs across the organization. Ensure compliance with OSHA and RRC all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and programs. Lead and maintain ISO 45001 Management Systems, including documentation, internal audits, corrective actions, and trainings. Manage and administer the company's Novara Safety Management System. Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors. Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Investigate accidents, near misses, environmental incidents, and property damage events using root cause analysis. Develop corrective and preventive action plans to reduce future incidents. Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership. Maintain OSHA logs, regulatory documentation, training records, and compliance reports through the Novara System. Ensure contractor and vendor compliance with company safety standards. Partner with operations leaders to improve safety performance. Lead sustainability initiatives. Stay current on changing regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Promote a positive safety culture through leadership, accountability, and employee engagement. Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive safety experience. Minimum of 5-10 years of leadership and management experience leading safety teams. Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 Management Systems. Experience using Novara Management software is preferred. Experience conducting accident investigations and root cause analysis. Experience developing safety programs and employee training. Relevant industry experience in environmental services, waste management, construction, or heavy industrial operations is preferred. Experience within the oil and gas industry is preferred. Perform other duties as assigned.
