Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, professional senior product manager to join our dynamic and growing Client marketplace team.

In this role, the chosen candidate will enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with diverse departments, utilizing their skills to identify opportunities to improve and ensure the seamless implementation of product features that create values for customers, sellers and marketplace platform. The successful candidate will be well-versed in reducing customer interaction friction, smoothing the path among customers, sellers and platform post-purchase, and in commanding a comprehensive understanding and experience of the marketplace's logistic framework (domestic and cross-border) and how it interacts with the entire order life cycle.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional writing skills and embrace the writing culture within the organization. We are particularly interested in those who have a proven track record in enhancing customer NPS through the implementation of innovative product features and improvement.

An in-depth data driven understanding of both customer and seller NPS within an e-commerce marketplace setting will be a significant asset.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in synergy with a communication team, demonstrating a keen understanding of how effective communication can elevate the customer and seller experience.

Experience in product road mapping coupled with a flair for prioritization is highly sought after.
