Specific Responsibilities Would Include John Elliott Retail has an exciting opportunity available to join the Stock team. Stock Associates are responsible for working as a team to maintain a neat and well organized stockroom. They also partner with the sales team to help create a memorable shopping experience for all of our customers. Specific responsibilities of the Stock Associate position include but are not limited to: Participate in all aspects of merchandise coordination including shipment receiving, unpacking and product placement in the stockroom Work as a team to maintain a neat and organized stockroom, storage area and shipping/receiving area Support the sales team by responding to requests for product quickly and efficiently Greet and engage all customers when on the sales floor Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication with customers and peers Fulfill e-commerce retail back orders (RBO) accurately and in a timely manner Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have 1–2 years of retail or stock experience (luxury retail experience preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with retail stock systems (e.g., POS, inventory management tools) Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills Proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills Key Attributes: Discreet and professional demeanor Strong work ethic and reliability Appreciation for luxury products and customer experience Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressureCommitment to operational excellence and efficiency Salary Range: $18.00-20.00 per hour
