Job Posting End Date: 6/15/2026 What You Will Do Lead and develop team members who perform work related to installing and maintaining measurement, regulation, and related equipment. Lead and assist with training of new technicians and contract crews on regulator and meter station equipment for distribution and transmission systems. Perform required internal audits and installations on measurement, regulation,

SCADA

, odorization, and large meter construction projects. Assist in assigning and/or maintaining daily work schedules to ensure measurement and regulation functions are adequately covered during vacations and other time away from work. Provide guidance and training to employees regarding measurement and regulation department software applications, including: PCAD RSA Banner FlowCal MMS Maximo Moblite CRM Track and maintain compliance and repair records on Measurement and Regulation assets. Review records and reports in Maximo to ensure 100% compliance. Attend required state commissions audits and provide appropriate records. Lead site pre‑work meetings and tailgate safety meetings. Provide information and assistance to complex customer requests and complaints related to measurement data or regulation equipment, and provide information concerning governmental agencies and special programs. Communicate and seek solutions on issues and projects involving Gas Control, Central Measurement, ONG Dispatch, Suppliers, and Vendors. Schedule supplier odorant deliveries. Lead scheduling CNG cascade trailers for emergencies and special projects. Coordinate with various groups for large meter installations. Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned. What You Will Need Experience and demonstrated ability in the use and function of equipment applicable to the position, including computers and software, including: SCADA Telemetering Systems Gas Quality Systems Pressure and Measurement equipment Odorization equipment Pipeline pressure testing – pneumatic and hydrostatic Experience and demonstrated ability responding to internal measurement requests; and providing measurement information. Experience and training related to applicable measurement policies and procedures, customer relations skills, communication skills, FlowCal, and PPA notification procedures. Experience reading and interpreting manuals, reports, governmental regulations, drawings, maps, policies, and procedures. Experience and demonstrated ability developing information and making training or safety presentations to individuals or small groups. Training and experience relative to meter testing, meter setting installations, regulator station inspections, gas flow regulation, and pressures monitoring. Minimum applicable driver's license. Minimum Operator Qualifications Minimum CDL with hazmat endorsement as required by position. Minimum CNG License As Required By Position Lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds 10–15 times a day; up to 40 pounds 7–10 times a day; up to 50 pounds 10–12 times a day. Climb into and out of excavations and onto and off of equipment. Travel Over Uneven Terrain Including Mud, Gravel, Sand, Rocks, Ice, Snow Other Requirements React immediately to emergency situations to prevent injury to self and others. Smell odorant in natural gas. Detect and react to warning signals at work sites. Able to operate tools and equipment required. Peripheral vision and accurate depth perception. Communicate and exchange information or instructions. Visual Abilities Sufficient To Perform Job Duties Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
