Our organization is currently in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Otolaryngologist to become part of our community hospital-employed, salaried general and subspecialty ENT practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a robust team with diverse interests. With a solid regional referral network serving over 500,000 patients, you will have the chance to enhance your skills at the only tertiary care and Level II Trauma center in the area.

The Role:
  • Deliver comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT services, with the option to cultivate a subspecialty focus if desired.

  • Join a practice that includes Otolaryngologists from both general and subspecialty backgrounds, along with five Physician Associates.

  • Engage in collaboration with other surgical specialties, such as plastic surgery and neurosurgery (including skull base procedures).

  • Enjoy flexible scheduling and an outstanding work/life balance.

  • Participate in a 1:5 call rotation.

  • No facial trauma call responsibilities.

  • Manage an average of 18 patients per clinic day, with 1-2 days allocated for operating room duties each week.

  • Be part of a well-established hospital-based practice with no administrative burdens or capital investment requirements.
