I'm hiring PT #2 at PhoenixFit Physical Therapy (Plano, TX). 18 months ago I left the insurance model to build a clinic where a physical therapist treats one client for a full hour, every visit. It worked: we're at capacity, and our first staff PT just hit a record week. Time to grow the team. Who I'm looking for: Licensed (or license-eligible) PT in Texas Sports/orthopedic focus with a niche you want to own — running gait, golf (TPI), overhead athletes, strength Comfortable talking about the value of care, including price. We train the how; you bring the willingness. Energized by community presence: run clubs, golf clinics, workshops, referral relationships — on clinic time, it's part of the job, not extra. What's on the table: $85,000 + performance bonus (~$7,200/yr at a realistic pace) at full caseload Transparent 3-phase ramp, in writing, so you always know the number and why 21 days PTO · CE reimbursement · health insurance 50/50 at full time Defined path: Junior Clinician → Senior Clinician → Clinical Director 37 open slots/wk at full caseload, 7:00a–7:30p Mon–Fri, 4 long days or 5 — your call.
