Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care for the Step-Down/PCU population in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Facilitate admission assessments, medication reconciliation, and implement acute care orders.
• Ensure patient safety and deliver high-quality nursing care while maintaining compliance with hospital policies.
• Float to other units within skill set as needed, including telemetry and ED transport.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient throughput and reduce length of stay.
• Adhere to dress code specifications, including navy blue/white uniforms without T-shirts and appropriate outerwear.
