Your working week will predominantly be based in the Camellia Manufacturing Plant, with one day a week working from one of our NSW/ACT trade stores. Some Tasks As Part Of This Role Include Lead the implementation of the HSE plan across NSW and identify safety opportunities and initiatives Coaching and mentoring managers and leaders to fulfil the requirements of the HSE plan Provide functional advice and direction on HSE matters Assist and manage compliance with the Safety Management System and performance indicators Provide insights from statistical data and provide advice on remedial activity and submit monthly reporting to the National HSE Manager Facilitate and participate in high level investigations and risk assessment activities Facilitate training on HSE matters as well as safety committees and their initiatives Monitor HSE compliance via audits and plans Participating as part of the site leadership team About Us Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
