Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to lead the financial operations of our Case IH agricultural equipment dealership . This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with Case IH manufacturer requirements. The Controller will serve as a key business partner to dealership leadership, providing financial insight to support profitability and long‑term growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory accounting, and fixed assets Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements in accordance with Case IH reporting standards Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for the dealership Ensure accurate equipment, parts, and service inventory valuation; reconcile floorplan and manufacturer statements Maintain compliance with Case IH financial reporting requirements , lender covenants, and regulatory standards Coordinate and support year‑end audits, tax preparation, and external financial reviews Develop, implement, and monitor internal accounting controls and dealership policies Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff; promote accuracy, efficiency, and accountability Partner with department managers (sales, parts, service, precision ag) to analyze performance and improve profitability Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to dealership ownership and management Manage inventory reports and work with sales team to process sales transactions Manage equipment and parts settlements and discounts Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of accounting or finance experience; Case IH or agricultural equipment dealership experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of dealership accounting, inventory management, and floorplan financing Experience with dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, DIS, or similar ) and advanced Excel skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced dealership environment Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills High level of integrity and attention to detail What We Offer Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience Performance‑based bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off Stable, growth‑oriented Case IH dealership with long‑term career opportunities Collaborative leadership team and supportive culture How to Apply Submit your resume and cover letter to View email address on click.appcast.io .
