Some managers also lead departments, responsible for managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their team and other managers. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
